AXMG-CT

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AXMG-CT Holding Limited handles personal information when you use the AXMG-CT website, shop with us or contact our support team.

Effective: 21 October 2026

1. Who we are

AXMG-CT is a brand operated by AXMG-CT Holding Limited. AXMG-CT Holding Limited is the website operator, the legal seller for purchases made through this website and, where applicable, the controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

You can contact us about privacy through our Product & Service Enquiries form. This policy does not publish a registered office, operating, return or residential address.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide, information created when we serve you, and limited technical information needed to operate, secure and understand the website.

  • Order and delivery details: name, email address, phone number, shipping address, country or region, order items, amounts, currency, tax, shipping, discounts and order status.
  • Payment records: payment status and identifiers supplied by Stripe. AXMG-CT does not store your full card number or card security code.
  • Support and product registration details: name, email address, optional phone number, country or region, product model, message and, for registration, serial number, purchase date, retailer and optional order or receipt number.
  • After-sales records: enquiries, warranty review information, cancellation and refund records, email delivery status and internal service notes.
  • Technical and security data: request and security signals, short one-way hashes used for rate limiting, market and language selections, consent preferences and operational logs.
  • Website statistics data: page and product activity, cart and checkout events, purchases, market, approximate country or region, traffic source, device and browser categories, and anonymous identifiers when available.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information only for relevant business and website purposes.

  • To calculate checkout totals, process orders, take payment and arrange delivery.
  • To send order, payment, cancellation, refund and service communications.
  • To answer enquiries, review product registrations and provide warranty or after-sales support.
  • To prevent abuse, protect the website, investigate errors and keep appropriate business and compliance records.
  • To produce website and product statistics and improve the website in line with your consent preferences.
  • To meet legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations and handle legal claims.

5. Payment processing

Stripe processes payment details through its payment interface. Stripe may receive payment details, contact and billing information, device or fraud-prevention information, the payment amount and currency, and our order reference. AXMG-CT receives and stores limited records such as the Stripe payment identifier, status, amount and currency, but not the full card number or card security code. Stripe handles information under its own privacy terms for parts of its service.

6. Service providers

We use providers only where needed to run the website and serve customers.

  • Stripe — payment processing, authentication, fraud prevention and payment status.
  • Resend — delivery of order, service enquiry and product registration emails.
  • Render — website hosting, application operation, persistent database and media storage, and service logs.
  • Cloudflare — content delivery, DNS, website security, request handling and aggregate web analytics.
  • Google Analytics — optional website and ecommerce measurement under the consent settings below.
  • Delivery, professional and regulatory providers — only where needed to fulfil an order, obtain advice or meet a legal requirement.

7. International data transfers

AXMG-CT serves customers in several countries and uses international service providers. Information may therefore be processed in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, the United States and other locations used by our providers or needed to fulfil an order. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, we use or assess the relevant provider and contractual arrangements. You may contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your information.

8. Data retention

We do not apply one fixed period to every record. Order, payment, refund, product registration and support records do not currently have an automatic deletion deadline in the website database. They are retained only while reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain business and compliance records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet applicable legal obligations.

First-party minute-level analytics are retained for 48 hours and daily aggregate analytics for up to 730 days. Analytics diagnostic minute records are retained for 48 hours and daily diagnostic records for 30 days. Consent, market and language preferences may remain in browser storage for up to 365 days; the anonymous cart token may remain for up to 90 days. Provider logs and records follow the relevant provider arrangements.

When information is no longer required, it should be deleted or anonymised in line with applicable obligations and technical constraints. You may ask us to review retention of your personal information.

9. Cookies and website analytics

Essential storage supports market and language choices, the shopping cart, checkout security and other requested functions. Consent choices are stored so the website can respect them.

Accept All enables Website Statistics and normal Google Analytics measurement. Reject Non-essential keeps first-party Website Statistics enabled under the current privacy-preserving design, while optional Google Analytics storage and marketing settings remain denied; Google may receive limited cookieless signals under Consent Mode where technically and legally permitted. Manage Preferences applies the choices you make. If you turn Website Statistics off, covered first-party events are not sent and the anonymous statistics visitor cookie is removed.

First-party statistics use aggregate event data and, when available, a random anonymous visitor identifier. The system does not use IP addresses or user-agent strings as visitor identifiers and does not use this data for cross-site advertising or customer profiles. If an identifier cannot be created or saved, aggregate events may still be counted without adding a unique visitor. Marketing tracking is not currently active.

10. Data security

We use technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted connections, access controls, input validation, rate limiting, payment processing through Stripe, restricted administration and security monitoring. No internet or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

11. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information; restriction of or objection to processing; data portability; withdrawal of consent; and a complaint to the relevant privacy regulator. UK and EU residents may have rights under the UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018 or EU GDPR. Residents of Japan or Korea may have rights under the APPI or PIPA where those laws apply.

These rights are not absolute. We may verify your identity and retain information where a legal obligation or permitted exemption applies. Contact us through the support form to make a request.

12. Children's privacy

This website sells general consumer products and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information. If you believe a child has provided information without appropriate authorisation, contact us so we can review it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The current version and effective date will be published on this page. Material changes will be communicated appropriately where required.
