Warranty

UK & Europe This Warranty Policy applies to eligible products purchased through the AXMG-CT UK & Europe Store. 1. Two-Year Warranty AXMG-CT provides a two-year commercial warranty for eligible products purchased through the AXMG-CT UK & Europe Store. The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the customer. The commercial warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional defects arising from normal and intended use during the applicable two-year warranty period. Where a covered defect is confirmed, AXMG-CT will provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with this Warranty Policy and applicable law. 2. What the Warranty Covers The commercial warranty covers defects that are attributable to manufacturing or materials, or functional failures arising under normal and intended use. Depending on the nature of the confirmed defect and applicable law, the remedy may include: - Repair; - Replacement; or - Another remedy required by applicable law. The specific remedy will depend on the nature of the defect, the product and the applicable legal requirements. 3. Normal Wear and Battery Deterioration Normal wear and tear is not covered by the commercial warranty. This includes normal deterioration resulting from ordinary use, ageing and normal charging and discharging cycles. For products containing rechargeable batteries, gradual reduction in battery capacity resulting from normal use and battery ageing is considered normal deterioration and is not covered by the commercial warranty. Battery cycle-life figures stated for a product, where applicable, describe expected performance under specified test conditions and do not mean that the battery will retain its original capacity throughout the entire two-year warranty period. However, this exclusion does not apply where the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect, abnormal battery failure, safety-related defect, or another lack of conformity covered by applicable consumer law. 4. Damage Not Covered by the Commercial Warranty Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the commercial warranty does not cover damage or problems caused by: - Accidental drops or impacts; - Crushing or excessive physical force; - Puncturing or cutting; - Deliberate physical damage; - Liquid or water damage; - Misuse or improper use; - Use contrary to the product instructions or safety information; - Unauthorised opening, modification or repair; - Use of unsuitable charging equipment or accessories where this causes damage; - Improper storage or handling; - Damage caused after delivery through external causes; - Normal cosmetic wear and tear; or - Normal battery deterioration caused by ordinary use and ageing. 5. Battery Cycle Life Where a product specification states a battery cycle-life figure, such as a specified number of charging cycles, that figure represents expected battery performance under the specified test conditions. It does not constitute a guarantee that the battery will maintain its original rated capacity for that number of cycles or throughout the entire two-year warranty period, unless a specific capacity-retention guarantee is expressly stated for that product. 6. Physical Damage and Safety Products containing batteries or electronic components must not be cut, punctured, crushed, dismantled or otherwise deliberately damaged. Damage resulting from such actions is not covered by the commercial warranty, except where applicable law provides otherwise. 7. Warranty Assessment Warranty claims may be subject to reasonable assessment. Customers may be asked to provide: - Order number; - Product name; - SKU or product information; - Description of the reported problem; - Photographs; - Video demonstrating the problem; or - Other reasonable information required to assess the claim. Where necessary, AXMG-CT may require the product to be returned for inspection. 8. No Fault Found If a product is returned for inspection and no fault or covered defect can be identified, AXMG-CT will inform the customer of the inspection result. Where permitted by applicable law, any return or re-delivery costs relating to a claim where no covered defect is identified may be the responsibility of the customer. Nothing in this section limits any statutory consumer rights. 9. Manufacturing Defects If an inspection confirms a manufacturing defect or another defect covered by the commercial warranty, AXMG-CT will provide the applicable remedy. Where repair or replacement is appropriate, AXMG-CT may provide repair or replacement in accordance with this Warranty Policy and applicable law. If applicable law requires another remedy, the customer's statutory rights will apply. 10. Lithium-Battery Products AXMG-CT products may contain lithium batteries. Please contact AXMG-CT before returning any product containing a lithium battery. We will provide appropriate return instructions and, where necessary, specify the permitted return method. Customers should not independently send lithium-battery products using a shipping method that does not permit their transportation. 11. Warranty Return Costs Where a product is confirmed to have a defect covered by applicable consumer law or the commercial warranty, AXMG-CT will bear the necessary return or delivery costs where required by law or applicable warranty terms. For products that are not defective or where no covered fault is identified, return or re-delivery costs may be handled in accordance with the applicable Returns & Refund Policy and applicable law. 12. UK Statutory Consumer Rights This two-year commercial warranty is additional to the statutory rights available to UK consumers. UK law provides statutory rights concerning the quality, description, fitness for purpose and durability of goods. Depending on the circumstances, statutory remedies can include repair, replacement, price reduction or rejection. These rights are not replaced or reduced by this commercial warranty. Legislation.gov.uk 13. EU Statutory Consumer Rights For consumers purchasing goods in the European Union, the applicable legal guarantee generally provides a minimum two-year protection against lack of conformity, starting when the consumer receives the goods. Depending on the circumstances, the consumer may have rights to repair or replacement and, where appropriate, a price reduction or refund. European Union The AXMG-CT two-year commercial warranty is additional to these statutory rights and does not replace, reduce or restrict them. 14. Proof of Purchase A valid order confirmation, receipt or other reasonable proof of purchase may be required when making a warranty claim. 15. Warranty Claims To make a warranty claim, please contact AXMG-CT with the relevant order and product information. We may first provide reasonable troubleshooting instructions where the reported issue may be resolved without returning the product. If further assessment is required, we will provide the appropriate next steps. 16. Fraudulent or Abusive Claims AXMG-CT reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent or deliberately abusive warranty claims. Nothing in this section is intended to restrict any statutory consumer rights. 17. Commercial Warranty and Statutory Rights This Warranty Policy should be read together with the applicable: - Terms & Conditions; - Shipping Policy; and - Returns & Refund Policy. The two-year AXMG-CT commercial warranty provides the warranty protection expressly described in this policy. Nothing in this Warranty Policy excludes, limits or replaces any mandatory statutory consumer rights applicable to the purchase.
